2. Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept cancellations or returns for custom items. However, if there is a defect or issue with your product, we will provide a replacement. Please submit photo evidence to contact@godagear.com for evaluation.
Examples of personalized products we sell:
- Projection bracelets and necklaces with customized images.
Note: It is normal for the image in our photo jewelry to only be visible when viewed up close, such as holding the projection stone to your eye or using your phone camera. This is an intended feature of our products.
3. Non-Custom Products
For non-custom items, you can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and processing of the returned item.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue a store credit or process the exchange as requested. Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the original product in its original condition.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after we receive your returned item. Depending on your financial institution, this process may take longer.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support at contact@godagear.com to initiate a return or exchange. If you request a refund, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label. If you prefer an exchange, we will provide an exchange package with directions.
- Send your return along with the completed return form provided by customer support.
- Once your return is received, we will process it within 24 hours. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped as soon as your return is accepted and stock is available.
7. Free Returns Policy
Free returns are currently only offered within UK, Canada and the United States. Customers outside these regions may need to cover return shipping costs.
8. Product Guarantee
All our products come with a 30-day guarantee. If you experience any issues with your item within this period, please reach out for assistance.
